This ground floor apartment has recently become available and we are delighted to add it to our holiday lettings; adjoining the farmhouse in a quiet and peaceful setting, this superb ground floor apartment has been very comfortably and tastefully furnished and is well equipped to provide superb holiday accommodation.

Situated 1 mile from the small, farming community of Milburn there is a pleasant outlook over the surrounding open farmland, with easy access to the fells and moors of the Northern Pennines.

The Dales and Lake District are both within easy driving distance, making this an excellent base for the tourist. With the apartment being on one level this is especially suitable for the elderly and partially disabled.

The accommodation comprises a front hall with doors leading to: - separate WC, lounge, fully fitted kitchen, double bedroom – (extra single bed available) and en-suite bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, toilet and basin.

The apartment has full central heating with an additional electric heater in the lounge – all fuel and power is provided and included. Other amenities include T.V., DVD player, microwave, shaver point, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, electric cooker and fully equipped kitchen. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a small balcony and plenty of space outside to explore – please ask about where you may go – this is a working farm and at certain times of the year some areas may be ‘off limits’. There is ample parking; pets are accepted by arrangement and for an additional fee.
